I Never Knew You

Poll - Total Votes: 6
We are saved by our works. (We do the work and save ourselves and we can lose our salvation.)
Jesus means that many have "faith", and say "Lord", but believe in another Jesus, not God's Son..
What Jesus means we are only saved by the Holy Spirit and permanently changed (God does it all)

21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

I feel like we all experience God's call and it makes us renew our promises to God (through his most holy spirit) hence we cannot just speak faith, we have to also prove it by our works. We are born to serve, and we have to try and do so during our existence on the planet while trying to walk the path righteously as well. God will reward us by saying 'Well done Good and faithful servant" if we do all of these things. And remember God gets the glory, because yes, it's his good pleasure to give us the kingdom.
