Since Adam and Eve was created perfect in every sense of the word, could they feel physical pain? What do you think? What is perfection?

Adam and Eve was also created with free will. You would think because they had no problems, plenty of food, perfect health, beautiful scenery and surroundings and the prospect of living forever without ever dying, you would think that they would have chosen to obey their Heavenly Father, their Creator.
