Why does God use the pronoun us in Genesis 1:26? Part 2

I read over all the responses. And the two main answers are that us refers to the trinity. The Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. And the angels that exist with God in heaven. So my question would be when God created Adam and Eve did the angels already exist with God in heaven? And if God created the angels to exist with him in heaven why didn't he just create Adam and Eve to live with him in heaven?

And a third reference was made to the Annunaki.

"Us" refers only to God the Father, God the Son, which is Jesus, and God the Holy Spirit. It can refer to nothing else in Genesis, because no one else but God has the power and ability or authority to create.
