Christians walking themselves into hell.

There’s a guy here, let’s call him…HippyJon. Tells people he’s a Christian, has a cross as his profile pic. You’d think Jesus Christs message of peace on earth, love for your neighbor and pure honesty would govern his actions.

Apparently not.

He’ll tell you what to think. He’ll spread lies and hate about people who make life choices he doesn’t agree with. He’s a habitual liar who will counter facts with position and status he’s never earned. He responds to well structured criticism with insults… because that’s all he’s got left.

And if you tell him some home truths he’ll delete them and give you a “too funny”.

Put yourself in St Peter’s place. Is this guy getting through the pearly white gates?

Or, will he burn?

The writers did a clever job. In the Old Testament there are passages about carpenters carving wooden idols. So, they gave the Jesus character and his "daddy" Joseph the occupation of carpenters, indicating that they were idol makers. The crowning touch came when Jesus was nailed to the cross and became a real idol to hundreds of millions of people.

Thank you for your concern. I thought I was a goner yesterday so if I make it though the night to see another day it will be a "miracle." But, one day I will wake up and it will be my last one. When Judgment Day arrives maybe I will have strength enough to run and jump into the lake of fire on my own and save the angels the trouble of tossing me in.

You may gain eternal life but there's no guarantee you will get into the golden cube called New Jerusalem. Revelation 21:27 (NLV) =
"Nothing sinful will go into the city. No one who is sinful-minded or tells lies can go in. Only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life can go in."

Remember, Revelation 22:15 (NLV) = "15 Outside the city are the dogs. They are people who follow witchcraft and those who do sex sins and those who kill other people and those who worship false gods and those who like lies and tell them."

It might be a good idea for you to take some time to actually read your favorite ancient ethnocentric Middle Eastern Jewish religious fairy tale if you are going to discuss it.
