@karysma It's most often in contexts of facilitating or training. I work in a very large international NGO that works with vulnerable children and communities around the world. A lot of people are very kind of work-oriented - kind of dispassionately focused on details, analysis, priorities, progress, action points... But when I train I have this ability to cut through and hit people deep inside so that they feel it deeply. It ignites something inside them and they become very passionate about what they are doing. It sometimes completely changes the way they see things. Many have told me they have come alive in their work. It happened this year in a remote training I did with 3 different countries. It's not about emotion or manipulation or cleverness or being dramatic or anything. I'm an author as well but it's not about being articulate. It's more like something spiritual. I feel the power of it inside me when I speak in those contexts.
