Signs of the Times..

@SpiritualMan You cannot defeat the prophecy of God.. In taking up arms and fighting ""them" you defeat yourself.. Because you have not loved your ememies.. being lead to a gulag and being executed does not defeat a Christian.. It only accelerates their entery into Gods perfect eternal existence..

@SpiritualMan Again prophecy cannot be defeated.. If you defeat this set of ""globalists"" as you call them then the next group will probably be the ones who bring in the end times.. So in defeating the ones you consider the bad guys you actually end up clearing the way for the even more evil guys... In the end all such efforts are pointless because the anti- end times worriers will only play their part in bring the anti-christ to power..

Once again the death of a Christian is not a defeat... It is a release.. a get out of this evil earth early mark.. We are not here to fight to establish a kingdom on earth for Jesus Jesus, as if Jesus is powerless to do it himself in a twinkling of an eye as some religious people think ""dominionism"..

Actually i don't really expect in the end times for Christians to spend any time is a gulag.. The scriptures say that if we do not worship the image of the beast and receive the mark of the beast we shall be executed by being beheaded,, So things are going to be very quick for Christians during those times.. None of this slowly starving to death in some re-education camp..

This is the thing you are assuming that the ""guy"" is on Gods side? Or that the ""New Word Order" is the beasts / anti-christs vehicle to take worldly power? In the end everything revealed in the Prophecies will come to pass and no effort by Christians will prevent it from happening.. That's not a surrender statement.. It's a i know Jesus wins in the end and i will join it His victory no matter what happens on earth...

We don't resist it by political / military actions.. We resist it by not being deceived by it and being given over to delusions.. By the knowledge of the Word of God.. It's a Gandhi like resistance.. Not a ISIS like resistance..

@SpiritualMan The great tribulation will be a time of troubles worse then any time in history.. Yeah things where bad in Israel in 70 Ad but things where worse in Eastern Europe in 1943..

The reason why the catholic church promoted the idea that the great tribulation was in those times is because they wanted to catholic church to be seen as the fulfillment of the rule of the saints on earth for 1000 years.. So it is no surprise that the belief in that interpretation has been transferred to a lot of protestant churches also.. Of course it was the reason that in 1000 AD that many people thought that the end of the world was going to happen.. When it never happened the catholic church had to turn the 1000 year reign of the saints on earth into being ""symbolic"" of a long time.. that way they could forget about the 1000 year period and keep on justifying their power and control..

But the prophecies have not been fulfilled because all the prophecies must come to pass .. too many people have jumped to saying the end is near simply because they experienced a war and a famine.. Nope all the prophecies must keep on coming to pass.. The greatest earthquake in history and the signs of the blood moon and darkness in the day.. The falling mountain out of the sky wormwood that rolls up the sky like a scroll on impact in the sea.. And of course the rise of the evil one who will device many..

As for nero and 666 there are a lot of people who have conformed to that.. here is another one Prince Charles of wales.. Yep He totals 666 in the gematra system of numbering.. Yes satan has had more then a few servants on earth.. Satan gives power to whom he wills.. When satan tempted Jesus with all the kingdoms of the world Jesus never responded that satan had no power to grant Him those kingdoms.. he just rejected the offer..

Don't you know that satan controls a lot of factions and induces conflict between then to further his work? If you remain focused on one faction you end up joining another faction and then you end up serving satan as you fight the other faction.. Not on the earth we currently exist in... Not in the earth before the return of the LORD Jesus when the kingdoms of the world shall become His kingdoms.. Yes we build up the size of the stone but it is a kingdom in waiting.. waiting for the resurrection that will happen on the day of the LORDs return.. It's a kingdom of people without a physical kingdom.. It shall have a physical kingdom on earth during the 1000 years.. When Jesus is ruling the world for 1000years with the Saints.. But today,,, in this world,, Nope..

And who runs the kingdoms of this world at this present time? You do not love your enemies by slaughtering them on a battle field... For the weapons of our warfare [B]are not carnal [/B]but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds."

Jesus gave us our marching orders and no counter command has He sent since that time.. But i guess if one thinks that the catholic Augustine of Hippo is a higher authority then Jesus i cannot help them..

@SpiritualMan They are correct that satan is restricted in what he can do on earth to us humans.. But they are wrong in thinking it is humans who restrict satans freedom of action.. The Holy Spirit is the one who allows and forbids.. In the last days those restrictions will be lessened and satan will end up being part of the punishment upon the earth because satan will know his time is short..

The kind of restrictions, resistance that emanates from us against satan is our personal resistance against his temptations against His deceptions and manipulations.. In this we are aided again by the Holy Spirit.. In fact we are guarded from the worst of satans actions by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.. As long as we are true Christians God will not give us over to delusions and deception..

I believe that the anti-christ and his false prophet will be allowed to do lying signs and wonders to cause many to think he is the returned Messiah Jesus and many will be fooled because as the scripture says they loved unrighteousness.. Here is the critical chapter::

(2 Thessalonians 2:8-12) "And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: {9} Even him, whose coming is after the working of [c=7700B2]Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders[/c], {10} And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; [c=7700B2]because they received not the [u]love of the truth, that they might be saved[/u][/c]. {11} And for this cause [c=7700B2]God shall [u]send them strong delusion[/u], that they should believe a lie[/c]: {12} [c=7700B2]That they all might be damned who [u]believed not the truth[/u], but had [u]pleasure in unrighteousness[/u][/c]."

The Love of the truth is the true Gospel message that saves... It must be received.. Otherwise one is taking pleasure in unrighteousness and that unrighteousness includes false doctrines of demons and using the gospel as a smorgasbord deciding to reject certain parts that don't seem the right way to men..

Proverbs 16:25 "There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."

Yes last days of the Old Testament covenant.. But the New age of the New covenant has not yet run it's course and produced the Harvest ( of human saved followers of Christ ) has not yet produced it's quota of saved people..

The destruction of the temple in 70AD did not hearald the reasurection of the saints who ruled with Jesus for 1000 years.. That is yet future.. Although the catholic church tried to impose a symbolic interpretation on this, saying that Jesus and the saints are ruling the earth from heaven.. The scriptures clearly state that Jesus will return and rule a kingdom on earth for a thousand years.. Just read revealtion chapter 19 to 20.. 19 features the return of Jesus and 20 features the 1000 years kingdom and the saints who will rule with Jesus.. This kingdom is even spoken of in the OT in Zachariah 14 if you want to have a read of that too..

Well i do not believe that understanding prophecy is essential to salvation.. Salvation is a very simple thing to understand.. I see all the scriptures in the Bible as inspired.. and the Love of the truth is clearly linked in the same sentence that it is what saves..

(2 Thessalonians 2:10) "And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because [c=7700B2]they [u]received not the love of the truth[/u], that they might be [u]saved[/u][/c]."

So accepting the Love of the truth is needed to be saved.. therefore the Love of the truth is the Gospel that saves..

Agreed.. Sadly a lot of supposed Christians never read the Bible and churches like the catholic church never bother preaching about end times because well it conflicts with their desire to be looked upon and the fulfillment of said prophecies.. Bit of a conflict of interest there...

When i was a catholic i never read the Bible, not even the catholic bible.. I only went to mass and got brief lessons on the catechism from the nuns in primary school.. Ever since i have become a Christian i see a similar situation ( not as widespread ) in the protestant congregations.. Even though they preach more scripture generally in their churches a lot of protestants have never read the Bible, they simply rely on the pastor to tell them what they need to know.. A very dangerous policy..

The Bible does not say that.. You have no scriptures to back that theory up.. Also if the kingdoms of the world have become the Kingdoms of the LORD at that time then Jesus has failed to lock up satan in chains in the bottomless pit.. satan is out in this world decieving whom so ever he can right now.. The evil of the corrupt elite rulers of the world shows who they actually serve.. They are not Saints ruling with Jesus thats for sure..

@SpiritualMan It was Jesus providing the Atonement.. The Spiritual Kingdom started on the day of penticost when the Holy Spirit came into the Apostles and caused them to understand the Way of salvation.. But it was not the start of the physicval kingdom which happens on the day of the LORDs return.. Satan still had access and power and if you read the later letters of the apostles you will see that satan and his demons where well and trully active and working against the Apostles..

@SpiritualMan Well we are not going to agree on this at all... When the Kingdom of the world become the Kingdoms of the LORD satans influence on human beings will be cut off right away.. You want to persist with this Jesus taking the kingdoms of the world but having no power to stop satan doctrine.. then so be it..
