Is my family incompetent if I told them in two week in advance to do something for me?

I was at the psych ward and I was transformer to another hospital and they forgot my belonging at when I was transfer I told them on the fourth day I was hospitlize two pick up my belonging i was there for two weeks.

@HootyTheNightOwl beacuse thats when they called from the hospital I was in the Icu for god sake for a overdose failed suicide.

That's usually the way that things are done unless you are flown out for emergency surgery or something.
