I Want to Be a Better Christian

I like what you said, but there’s a lot more to it. I just hope everyone knows that one is not saved by keeping commandments, as the Bible refers to that as “works” and says we cannot earn our way to heaven. The keeping of the commandments and good works, amongst other things, comes [b]after[/b] one is saved.

My father is a pastor, but I never was a perfect Christian.

But I know my God will forgive me.
