No, what Jesus did on the cross is different than reincarnation. On the cross, Jesus conquered death by being able to enter and exit the physical world at will. Reincarnation, in my opinion, is a required return to a physical body on Earth while being bound by the physical laws once you're in Earth again. Jesus chose his time to return, and had complete control over how he entered and exited the physical world. Just sharing my opinion, not trying to convince anybody.

He conquered death. He wasn't reincarnated. He conquered death and was able to enter the physical world from the spiritual world, and enter the spiritual World from the physical world. If you're looking for a scientific explanation, there is none.
