enema at home

I'm here to talk to other mothers about advice on good ways to give enema. have not done it yet wanna get more info and talk to others .

Ass in the air and generously lubed. Squirt fluid in and let gravity take over. 15 or so minutes later you will expel EVERYTHING rectally
