Constipation

I have 2 daughters age 6 and 9. Both have chronic constipation issues. I give them fruits and veg. and prunes but nothing helps except enemas

I used glycein suppositorys to help my 4 kids. Some times i used a lube on my finger and pushed it up the bottom just to help it come out when they pushed
