If your child is smoking the first thing you don't want to do is panic.
1. Quickly wrap them in their favorite blanket and roll them along the floor (5-10 minutes). this should extinguish any flame (where's there's smoke, there's fire).
2. If you find that, when unwrapped, they're still smoking, douse them with baking soda, then immediately spray them white vinegar. (Chili powder will work in place of baking soda).
3. Even though they're cursing you, tell them they're welcome.
