What's a sensible age to allow children to smoke ?

Well according to leak documents from the white house, as we allow perverts and transgender in the school we will promote smoking at 7, and alcohol at 8

@nedkelly Seeing as how being trans has nothing to do with being perverted I fail to see how that correlates to children smoking at the age of 7. Also trans people have always been in "school" as they've always been around just like inter sexed individuals who don't find out they're inter sex until 14 and some not at all, nothing new.
