WOWWWWW [title too short]

So you know how I was suspended from work yesterday? Specifically ordered not to come in???

I looked at my schedule and they have me marked down as a "no call no show" for that day!!! 🤬

They WILL be correcting that and removing it from my record, or there will be hell to pay! This place is fkng unbelievable.

The supervisor should have given you a letter to confirm the suspension. Can you file a complaint with HR for an unjust suspension and incompetence?Tell them you want to be paid for yesterday,a full investigation to be carried out with the results to be put on your HR record. Your supervisor could have told you that you are suspended so that when you didn't come into work it looks like you didn't show up.So she could have deliberately done it to you.
Were there any witnesses when you were suspended?
Is the suspension recorded in writing anywhere?
Is there an appeals process?
Is there a procedure to go through that may lead to a suspension?
If yes do you have a copy of it?
Was the procedure followed?
Is there an HR department where you work?
Have you considered talking to a lawyer that deals with workplace issues?
Lots to work through.
Many supervisors blatantly disregard company policy and procedures because they believe they can get away with it,that rules don't apply to them, that others such as yourself will just not realise that your supervisor has ignored their employer's policies.
If you can show to HR or higher up management that your supervisor is a risk to the business and has opened up your employer to legal action she is toast.Action will be taken to remove the risk and protect your employer. She could be fired. Here in Britain she would be suspended pending results of an investigation. Then once the investigation is completed the most likely outcome is her employment is terminated.

You should've received a letter with details of your suspension.
