You’re not alone, a lot of Americans feel that way too. Save up enough money to move to northern or western Europe. Alas, I’m not so independent, so I toil away in misery here. The middle classes there don’t have to work themselves to death just to get by, and they even have time, money, and opportunity to travel when they’re still young! Life doesn’t have to be so short and brutish if you don’t believe that some people “deserve” to have more money than they can possibly spend in one lifetime.
