Winning the day
I’ve always struggled with feeling like I don’t do enough and that has intensified since I became unemployed so I started make lists that indicated that it was a successful day if I completed everything. I come up with the list the day/night before. It has helped, even if something hasn’t manifested out of the work I can see that I’m doing something to make it happen. Sometimes it takes a while of doing something consistently to make it happen. Someone called it winning the day so I labeled each day with that.
