I think my coworkers think that being disagreeable shows that they are standing up for something when in actuality they are just using it so they can show that they are doing something so they seem important. The most disagreeable people are also the most egotistical, and the ones that point out the mistakes of others, or even lie about others.
Being disagreeable doesn’t mean you’re strong and being agreeable doesn’t mean you’re week. When each is used appropriately, true power and leadership are the result.
