I had 3 different jobs in 2022 and I want out of my current job that started last Nov. What the hell?

I am not a job hopper. I quit my sales job of 3 years in early 2022 to take another sales job that was a horrible fit so I left after about 8 months (had to go up in unfinished bridges and tunnels to sell to construction workers - at almost 60, it was too much plus I was horrible at it and was on a performance plan). To keep from getting fired, I took yet another sales job that I knew I didn't want and I was too good to take in Nov - selling commercial security systems. It pays less than my last job but there is a company car (for which they actually deduct a couple hundred bucks a month from my pay). There are only bullshit accounts as the more senior reps have claimed all the good ones because there are no protected territories. I have lost 5 deals because the company's piss poor sales support moves too slowly to close them and customers move on. I used to be a star sales pro with Fortune 500 companies when I was in my 30s. I wonder if I am burned out or washed up. But then I haven't been in the right situation since AARP laid me off from my 6 figure job back in 2013 - probably the best job I ever had.
I am looking at trying to get yet another job - hopefully not sales - at 58. I dont think anyone is going to give me a chance. I want to retire but I dont know if I will ever be able. I think you need a million to retire without fear and I am not close to that.
