Trying to get the keys to vending machines i bought

Neither Best Buy or CVS wants to give them up, they've been informed any attempt to open the machines will result in charges of illegal entry as well as grand theft. Machines and all contents are my property. Receipts are signed by the auctioneer/ county sheriff . i'm willing to give them some merchandise for keys as i have a buyer already lined up.
