My teachers son runs a business and said he would pay me 1,551.54 Euro to do a science copy editing job for him because I'm good at it.

You've mentioned you are good at that type of work. So you are capable and I don't believe your teacher would've mentioned you to her son if she didn't think you could do it. I'm thinking the next step would be to ask your teacher to let her son know you are interested in doing the work. Or if she would like to give you her sons phone number or email address so you could contact him personally.
