@dontbekoi perhaps the fact that shes now attempting to convince the others that I am making the mistakes and therefore they are having to work harder to make up for my shortcomings.

She gets worse every day.

@KuroNeko leaving sounds like a wise choice. I've nearly been sacked twice after putting in notice so just be careful because it's amazing what hurdles can be put in your way. A formal complaint sounds ok, although it would be good if more than you could do it at the same time.
