@DeWayfarer i think this a valid topic to keep alive in the media. He should have been charged with assault and removed from the oscars.

Just considering one thing then. One is biased once they see anything on the media! They have formed their own opinion by the media!

You just won't find any jurors that are unbiased because of the media!

I do think it should go to trail. Yet not because of the media or any such sensationalism!

@DeWayfarer change is not needed. We have laws now. Chris has decided not to pursue it so nothing legally can happen. By definition its not chaos to pursue it in the media. Might as well let the media do something good for a change.

@DeWayfarer it wont go to court. Chris isnt pursuing it. Hes ok letting it drop. There is no judging required, its all on video and audio. Nothing to prove, hes guilty
