Depp v herd again!
They're claiming we sided with who we liked the most...
I personally wasn't on anyone's side.
I took what was presented and it was a mess.
I didn't like that in the footage herd was provoking Depp to get a reaction and what she got was him breaking a cupboard, and him smashing her phone once he realised she was filming.
I listened to her mad rants and begging and pleading him not to leave her and shouting at him a threatening him when he wanted her to leave the car.
I listened to her sister tell the court that she told her when they were away for their engagement pre wedding "not to marry Depp" simply because he lost it.
I heard that herd invited disrespectful people into his (their) homes and when he didn't like the behaviours of some of the guest after asking them to leave and their refusal he lost his cool since they were defying his requests.
I heard what was basically an incompatibility based upon a stupid age gap and drugs and drink related incidents.
Never once was it clear that Depp had been physical with herd, and the opportunities given to prove this weren't taken by herd.
It was noted that some bruising appear after the times stated and not appear when photographed at events.
Herd claims due to good makeup.
I did see that Depp had lost the top of his finger and he did seek medical help and consequently it ruined filming...
A lot of the people that came to stand to testify for each party varied and the ones on the herd side were less than capable of stringing decent sentences together.
