The ammount JD is suing her for is only a token ammount (esp considering what he would have been paid had he not been blacklisted).

She may even win in court , but the people have already chosen .

Hwr credibility is shot. Her career is fucked . People en masse hate her.
Fans are petitioning against her in the millions .

Even if she wins, shes screwed .
And even if JD loses , hes already won .
The people love him .
