@SW-User possibly. I wouldn't be so sure. The rest of the getup is so well put together. I don't think his statement piece would be a cheap plastic bracelet.

@Notanymore It would be if it was part of a campaign to wear one, and dressing up for some event would be a good time to wear one. Normally these bracelets or ribbons are cheap if they are made for mass production.
