She was powerful. Not discounting what she said, and those two are getting pounded, but they did contribute $10M with the money going directly to the people impacted on a monthly basis. Not sure why they'd create a fund for others to give though. Maybe some other celebrities are stepping up and just not saying anything. But I don't know. I would respect those folks more though.

I do know the estimated cost of the fires is around $5B. That's three months of earnings for Elon Musk who makes about $45M a DAY.
While this is technically true, I don't like the idea of calling out individual people when the problem is systemic. We should be taxing the rich so we can pay for services that would help people during natural disasters. Shaming individual billionaires isn't really going to fix the problem, unless they're trying to prevent systemic change.
