I don't understand why this celebrities flaunts their pregnancy so much as if their pregnancy will change the economy of this poor world full of poors

This people's in showbiz don't even leaves their pregnancy stage to get noticed and to seek attention. Seriously crores of woman's around the world are giving birth to crore of new babies in every second. You are not doing any miracle. You are just increasing the population of this world. Giving birth to babies is not some kind of magic. All is you should have sex then tada a new baby is in your womb.
