@RogueLoner Perhaps I was, somewhat. When it comes to accusations of a criminal and reputation destroying nature, a past of lying about stuff always does always enter the equation. I am aware, that Joe Biden has also said things that are either not true, or are greatly exaggerated.
I've already seen your thoughts voiced here about [i]attractive[/i] women and politicians, and "female game playing". Some parts were left out, this particular time.

@RogueLoner You already said that. If what you think is correct though, it is still no kind of [i]excuse[/i] for what she has accused him of doing..."misinterpreted 'signals'" or not.
Yes, that IS what happens with those who have been sexually assaulted. A long time friend of mine, just recently told me that she had indeed been raped..as in the most 'traditional' meaning of the word. She feels fortunate that she got away after, and feels somehow responsible because of her own choice to be in the place it happened.
People will always ponder, about just why an accuser chooses to come forward at a [i]particular[/i] time. I sure have, and have publicly stated that many times. This is especially true of course, when the accused is either in or in the running for an office of great power. I do not agree, that a potential president's past conduct, is far more important than a Supreme Court justice. That is a lifetime appointment, not a four year term.

@RogueLoner I think Tara Reade's accusation should be taken seriously, as it certainly has been by many. That would include [b]the media[/b], and her accusation has been taken very seriously indeed, by many who have a voice in that media. Many outlets that the current president refers to as an "enemy of the American people".

@RogueLoner I heard that a few weeks ago, and agree that she sure didn't go [i]easy[/i] on him. Many major news outlets have been covering Reade's allegation though, since shortly after she came out with this very serious one.
