This doctor says people are now waiting up to 5 hours just to get inside the emergency rooms in New York

@UnlikelyTomato I suspect within a few weeks there won't actually be ambulance services because all the medics will be treating the people already in hospital and there's no point rushing people to the ER ig there's no space at the ER anyway

@plungesponge even if the services are running perfectly, there might as well not be any cause there is no possible way for it to keep up with demand.

@UnlikelyTomato it's already happening though a nurse told me people at my job more at risk cause we're not as clean and don't wear PPE
