It is the Assumption of Our Lady today, and still I am working!

The more traditional south of Italy 🇮🇹 still honours the Blessed Virgin today and we have an obligation to go to church today and celebrate in the Mass. The Blessed Virgin in acceptance of the Holy One being born into the world of men through her was given a very special place with and through our God in Jesus Christ.

It is a reverential time for all Catholic Christian people and their prayers are profoundly inspiring to everyone involved in this celebration. Thank God for our Holy Mother Mary. I’m sure she watches over us in perpetual motherhood as her Belived Son takes up the Judgement of Mankind and is instrumental in bringing the Kingdom of Heaven among us.
