Feminists infiltrate death of Pope Francis

The feminists are using the death of Pope Francis to tell us that they want Catholic Church to change. They want females to become priests, bishops, cardinals, and the pope. Why on earth do feminists want female priests when they are not religious? Is a female priest going to make them go to church?

They are like rats infiltrating every corner and crevice. Will Catholism remain immune from their disease?

Some feminists are religious, some aren't.

@BohemianBabe Are they Christian? Why do they care about what happens in the Catholic Church?
@emiliya Because some of them are Catholics. Plus, the Catholic Church has a lot of influence. I want another progressive pope, because that will encourage Catholics to vote for progressive policies.

@BohemianBabe How can they be Catholic when they despise the ways of Catholicism? A feminist who says she is Catholic is a pretender.

“I want another progressive pope, because that will encourage Catholics to vote for progressive policies.”

“I want” are the words of a feminist. Pope Francis was not progressive. He was an Italian born in Argentina, a man who was used to the slums of Buenos Aires. It made him sympathize with the poor and the unfortunate. Pope Francis said abortion was akin to “hiring a hitman.” Is this progressive?

Do you attend church, Boo/Babe? What does it matter to you?

Duh. All religious people are pretenders. No religious person actually follows their own religion. How many Christians own guns, support the death penalty, start wars, and so on?

“I want” are the words of a feminist.

True. Feminists actually invented both of those words. 🙄

Pope Francis said abortion was akin to “hiring a hitman.” Is this progressive?

He was progressive in the context of being the pope. When asked about gay people getting married, he famously said "Who am I to judge?" That's extremely progressive coming from a pope, since the Catholic Church is still officially against gay marriage.

What does it matter to you?

It matters because Catholics vote. If the pope is progressive, then Catholics are more likely to vote for progressive policies. I also want the patriarchs of the Eastern Orthodox Church to be progressive.

@BohemianBabe Is it unchristian to own a gun? What do these other Christians have to do with Catholic Church? They abandoned it hundreds of years ago; they may as well be Jews or Muslims. They are foreigners to the Catholic faith, a confused group of people who rejected tradition and devolved into different sects.

Pope Francis was against gay marriage. He said homosexuals were sinners, but that the act of homosexuality is not criminal. Pope Francis never married a pair of men or women and did not want Catholic Church to marry a pair of men or women. You need to learn to distinguish between someone engaging in superficial appeasement and support with follow-through of action. The only change with the new pope is we could have someone less willing to verbally placate the nonbelievers and the progressive media, a man of steel. There are some wonderful cardinals who would fulfill their duty as pope very well.

If Pope Francis did anything well, it was fooling you and others into thinking he was progressive. Has it occurred to you he may have been saying what God says? Is God a progressive now? Is he going to start making us vote for progressive policies?
@emiliya
Is it unchristian to own a gun?

Christians are supposed to turn the other cheek. So when the gun enthusiasts talk about using guns in self-defense, yeah, that is unchristian.
I guess it wouldn't be a sin to own a gun and use it to shoot cans or something. But using a gun to shoot people, even in self-defense, does go against Jesus' teachings.

Pope Francis was against gay marriage.

I know, which is why I said he was progressive in the context of being a pope. All of the popes were against gay marriage, but Pope Francis discouraged people from criticizing gay marriage. That's not great, but as far as popes go, that's pretty good.

The only change with the new pope is we could have someone less willing to verbally placate the nonbelievers and the progressive media

And that would be bad. That would make Catholics less likely to vote for progressive policies.

Has it occurred to you he may have been saying what God says? Is God a progressive now? Is he going to start making us vote for progressive policies?

There are no gods, you muppet.

@BohemianBabe In Sermon on the Mount, Christ also said that if you are married, and you look at another woman with lust, you have committed adultery in your heart. He comes to the Jewish law “eye for an eye” and tells us to turn the other cheek. Why? He is telling us not to seek revenge or give into anger. It is about keeping the ego in check and staying humble in the face of our enemies.

I don't see anything to respond to in the rest of your comment.
@emiliya So you agree with me. Nobody actually follows their own religion.
