Churches ⛪ on Praslin Island
Praslin Island in the Seychelles has two main Roman Catholic parish churches—St. Anne in Baie Sainte Anne and St. Joseph the Worker in Grand'Anse Praslin—along with local smaller community chapels under the Roman Catholic Diocese of Port Victoria.
Main Parishes
St. Anne’s Catholic Church (Baie Sainte Anne): Established historically around 1853, this is a prominent landmark serving the eastern side of the island.
St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (Grand'Anse Praslin):
Established around 1879, this active parish serves the community on the western and southern side of Grand'Anse.

Sacre Coeur Chapel (Anse Boudin):
A small community chapel built by local parishioners and consecrated in 1969.
Sacre Coeur Chapel (Anse La Blague):
Another community-built chapel completed in the early 1970s. Both of these smaller chapels operate under the leadership of the St. Anne parish.
