Who is the titular ‘King of Jerusalem’?

There is no single universally recognized titular King of Jerusalem, as the defunct title is historically claimed by two primary European royal dynasties through competing lines of inheritance.
The two primary modern claimants are:

King Felipe VI of Spain: 🇪🇸
The Spanish monarchy claims the title by way of the historic Kingdom of Naples and the House of Habsburg.

Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy:
A prominent claimant representing the House of Savoy, tracing his lineage to the former Kings of Cyprus and Jerusalem through the medieval Kingdom of Cyprus.

Because the Kingdom of Jerusalem fell in 1291, the title is purely ceremonial and carries no official political authority.
