Short of a preemptive surgical strike (which seems not to be possible) I''m short of options,ask the Japanese the missile was fired at them.The North seems to want to do the jackboot strut while their people starve,when will sanity return? Oh thats right,,it never arrived,its MIA

@bookerdana: I don't think it would be a good idea to 'neuter' NK right now. China might get a little too nervous, so like the man said, "hope cooler heads prevail"..

@puck61: Looks like those Chinese promises of cooperation,so lauded were less productive than advertised;I will simply point out the obvious,it is going to become less and less feasible over time. . I'm not a big fan of outsourcing our military as an itinerant police force but an ABM system seems a great idea
