Nope. Not crazy enough. But more accurately, not stupid enough. The radiation from any nuclear bomb from anywhere is a problem for the world. Usually when the whole world would be against a decision, one realizes that it would be suicidal. Trump doesn't strike me as suicidal.
Is North Korea suicidal enough to try and take on the whole world with nukes? Very unlikely. I think North Korea is mostly developing viable nuclear options as a means to discourage other countries from directly attacking them. A real possibility for N. Korea. Will they take this idea further to try and consolidate more global political power? Possibly. But I can't see how they could do this without alliances. And I don't see too many allies who would want to take the whole world on with North Korea.

Trump possibly enacting military opposition to N. Korea: Unlikely, but possible.
Possibility of N. Korea using nuclear capabilities to disrupt global balance of political power: Possibly in the future, but not for a couple more years. Current intelligence shows that N. Korean Nuclear capabilities are far below most current nuclear technologies. It will take a couple years to perfect their equipment to the level where their technology is reliable enough to be lethal.
We'll see in the next couple years. I don't really see this going anywhere though. I guess the question comes down to just how mentally unstable N. Korea is. Meaning, I only see them as threat once they reach the level of crazy where they just want to destroy as much of the world as they can before they self destruct. Because this country will deteriorate eventually.
