We are actually getting into the war crimes doctrine here. The officers commanding operations to board these Iranian vessels are following illegal orders and have opened themselves up to prosecution under international law. I get that America is not a signatory to th Hague convention. However that is likely to change when America has to come cap in hand to the International Monetary Fund and the world bank for a bail out. (And that day is approaching)..😷
