Defense Secretary Hegseth says the U.S. blockade of Iranian ports is "growing" and "going global." Hegseth also told our European allies that the Strait of Hormuz is their problem. Admiral Kirby shares two major concerns regarding the conflict in the Strait of Hormuz:
1. The turnover of senior leaders—Admirals and General Officers—in the Pentagon and in major Commands while actively engaged in this conflict of US and Israeli aggression, and
2. The state of readiness of some forces such as two of the three aircraft carriers which have been deployed for greater than 10 months already.
