I enjoyed watching Gary and his band perform when I was deployed, but also during my tours at Kunsan. A very talented celebrity who doesn’t bask in his fame, but gives back—and gives back to needy veterans.

@bijouxbroussard The feeling that I got from him and his band having seen them in person overseas three times in two different war zones and Korea is that he isn’t so much pro this party or that party, this politics or that politics as they are:

These brave patriots risking their lives, their health, their well being out of love for their country and its values/beliefs.

You would never, ever see or hear of Mr. Sinise calling a veteran “coward” or “loser” …

@KunsanVeteran That’s what I see. So I wonder how he can accept that from Trump—especially considering Trump avoided even serving ? Sinise has spoken about being conservative and was known to support Trump during his last campaign. Now there’s less said about it.

In the end, I trust that he will do the right thing.
