What is the difference beteen Deltas, Navy Deals, Green Beret etc etc..

i get it they are all special forces but why is there different brands... do they specialize in certain operations ? like Maduro was taken by Deltas, Bin Laden by Navy Seals.... why were those chosen respectively ?

I know the Seals are trained to swim arduous waters which means that can be dropped off in arduous ocean waters for a surprise attack such as in 1983 Grenada. Some don’t make it to shore.
