Minnesota is close to effectively ending homeless for veterans and joining three other BLUE states who have achieved this significant milestone. The three BLUE states which have already reached this goal are Delaware, Virginia, and Connecticut.

@Vin53 Well, limited credit when it’s due, it does seem like the VA might ”certify” these programs but it doesn’t sound like they have any intention of actually supporting these efforts!
