This is another poke in the eye for freedom of independent thought. If someone is organising treason towards the country, there is a law against it. If someone is challenging the unlawful actions of the President, there stands a patriot.

@FreddieUK Trump has equated loyalty to him with loyalty to country. That is very ominous.

"Loyal to someone else."

That says it all. He has been talking this way since he first asked FBI director Comey "Who did you vote for?"

And he sees nothing wrong with it.
@DrWatson Although he would be the first to complain if an opponent were doing it.

People that we don’t like....

Meaning, "people who don't agree with me" ?
The way to be loyal to him AND the country is to tell him the truth.

They were too loyal to the American nation, not loyal enough to Trump and his cult.
Funny how Trump has such paranoia about loyalty when he’s loyal to no one—not even our country. People play him like a fiddle for their own gains and he’s too demented to even see it. 😞
@bijouxbroussard You nailed it!

@bijouxbroussard When he flew off to play golf after shooting global trade in both knees, I couldn’t help but think of Nero fiddling 😒
@Zaphod42 Indeed.
