My daughter send me this pic today! Shes in the Royal Artillery, and gained promotion to bombardier just before xmas. She was awarded her stripes today!!

Also my wife's Grandad was in the Royal Artillery in WW2 on 25lb guns. He was one of the first artillery crews on the beach on D Day. Huge legacy that generation left.
@RubySoo my granddad was gassed at the Somme. We seem to forget the freedoms those brave men fought for; given the shit I hear being spouted in Parliament today.
