Exactly when did Tommy Tuberville serve in the military? What branch? What rank? What was his area of expertise?

For those who don’t get it— Tommy Tuberville is even less qualified to make policy decisions regarding the military than he is to be serving in the Senate.

Maybe too many blows to the head caused his CTE?
