Should I go to a club if there's only boys there and no girls?

So I wanna be a surgeon in the army when I grow up so I thought I'd go to military club. I get some sort of points and it looks great on college apps for places like westpoint. It's my first year of high school so I've never been before so I went and there were like only boys there. It's kinda weird being the only girl there so should I stop going or still go?

When I was in army club it was both boys n girls. You could make history, first girl to join. Imagine how many will b inspired to join too.
