I think, it would be either 'North Korea' or 'Iran'!

China would no longer be the emerging super-power it is now because of what it has given to the world recently i.e. Corona-virus!

Soon, it would face consequences!

[b]One thing for sure, after 'WWIII' i.e. 'the war of nukes' only a million people or may be quite less than million would be left on this planet and people would live in post-apoclypse era for a long time![/b]

If North Korea or even Iran ever even tried it, all the larger state nations (US, NATO, Russia, China) would respond pretty quickly, take out their command centers and most of the rest of those nations don't have the capacity to wage world wars after that. They would be much like Iraq was, taken down in under a week. Hopefully it never happens but...
