Anyone in the military have any imput on this....???

this is conditioning, they ease it in and make it commonplace, and if need be they will bring in a threat to justify it. hitler did the same thing to combat the french resistance "terrorists" as they were called during the occupation of france. also israel and china have military police patrolling rather than a basic police force because they are police states with complete control of media and information, so that gives you a hint on the future they have chosen for you and i what with the coming internet hand off. as for those who claim this to be as the clintons coined it a "conspiracy theory" id like to hear your counter arguments rather than your dismissals..
