They should have some leeway to use discretion. The elderly lady in Florida that was arrested for having CBD oil at Disney World, she didn’t have a prescription for it because her home state didn’t require it. The police were called, they arrested her, but they dropped the charges.
@cherokeepatti yep, cops worried about CBD oil when they got pharmacists pushin out stuff ten times worse. LOL

@YourMomsSecretCrush I know, even Ambien is much worse. I use CBD oil and they won’t even allow it on a plane because the laws vary from state-to-state. It would be good for people with anxiety to be able to have it on a plane while flying.
