Will the US go into a nuclear war with Iran?

I don't think it will happen but then again I don't know the entire story

If I may,let me just state that as a disabled veteran of two military conflicts,I can assure you that conventional warfare is devastating enough.I can further assure you that in any exchanges of tactical thermonuclear battlefield weapons; those who survive the initial aftermath of detonation,will envy the dead.Period.
