Could Rommel have defeated Stalin if he'd been in overall charge of case blue?

@ElGuapo By 1941 there may have been too many fronts to alter the inevitable. But with political back-tracking they may have settled on the west and taken Stalin down for the count. A lot of Russian enemies in Eastern Europe were happy to join in on Hitler's side.
