Can HMS Queen Elizabeth

Is HMS Queen Elisabeth built to sustain damage e.g. multiple torpedo hits or a hit by a hypersonic missile?

Depends what hits it and where. The Russians use big carrier killing missiles with 2000kg or nuclear warheads whereas a torpedo might break her back. Whereas a hit from something like harpoon is probably survivable.

@Ketsan So what's the point in investing so much in one ship? The Japs lost 3 in 5 mins at Midway....

See the Falklands war.

@Ketsan I don't mean what's the point in having carriers, just that they should be designed to sustain serious punishment (like the old battleships could) in case the escorts fail. RN is pared to the bone, only 6 T45s which are noisy and easily detected by Russian black holes and their engines are not reliable.
